Appointment Cancelation

Any appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the appointment takes place will be charged the full appointment fee. If you are unable to make your appointment due to emergency, weather, or other circumstances outside of your control, you will be able to keep your payment on file to use toward your re-scheduled appointment.

Paperwork Responsiblies

Please note that the intake paperwork and return client forms are required 48 hours prior to your appointment.  Otherwise, your appointment will be cancelled
